Utah’s Mighty Five National Parks

Explore Utah’s Mighty Five on an eight-day, seven-night self-drive loop from Salt Lake City. Discover natural arches, sweeping canyon overlooks, Capitol Reef’s sandstone cliffs, Bryce Canyon’s hoodoos and Zion’s towering rock walls.

Begin with a night in Salt Lake City, then spend two nights in Moab before continuing to Torrey, the Bryce Canyon area and Springdale. Scenic Highway 24 and Byway 12 make the journeys between parks part of the adventure.

Return to the same selected Salt Lake City hotel for your seventh night, with departure on Day 8. The first night lets you settle in before the drive south; the final night separates the long return drive from your departure.

Choose your hotels and rental-car category, and add nights wherever you would like more time. This is a varied road trip with some substantial driving days; extra nights in Torrey or Springdale allow a slower pace.
